1993年 ２（A）です。手紙文完成という珍しい形式です。
どこまで補っていいのか今一つわかりにくいですね。 語群の順序を変えずに、一貫した内容の手紙になっていれば、名詞・動詞・形容詞・副詞も付け加えていいのか、時制に関わる部分、前置詞など最小限しか付け加えてはいけないのか。。。参考文からすると後者なのかもしれませんが、解答用紙の枠から判断しないといけませんね。
（１）I was so happy to get the present you sent. the present that you sent meでもいいんでしょうね。
（２）What a nice idea to send me a selection of CDs of Japanese singers! selection CDsはおかしいのでofを補わないといけませんね。
（３）I enjoyed listening to them very much and so did my boyfriend. これはほぼそのままですね。
（４）He liked them so much that he took them home with him last night. so～thatを使わせたかったのでしょうか。
（５）I'll be very angry if he loses CDs. 赤本は仮定法を第一に挙げていますが、手紙文の文脈から直接法の方が合うのではないかと思います。
（６）It is not possible to buy Japanese CDs in England except perhaps at some special shops in London. 普通につなぐだけでこの長さということは、解答欄の大きさから他の文も結構許容範囲が広そうです。
（７）I posted a present to you yesterday, but it will come by sea, not by air. これもあまり間違えようがない問題。あえて言えば、toをforにしちゃうとかでしょうか。
（８）I won't say what the present is so that it will be a surprise. so that は思いついても、theを忘れたりして。
